  7.     The VcrTape theses Qtime
  8. movies are from is at least a 4th generation copy.
  9.  
  10.     The constant jumping and movement of the camera is a indication that the original was shot with a very long lens and it was not on a stable platform; the original taping might not have been of the best quality.

  12.     The tape I used runs 30 minutes and, needless to say, it would be impossible to capture it all.  I have used a single frame, enhanced and set to 256 greys in PhotoShop, instead of direct capture X-FPS wherever possible.  I have used no special transitions or filters to save space as well as keeping the Qtime movie down to a minium pixel size.  I have found that using these methods decreases the size of a Qtime movie.

  14.     The portions that have been edited out are not contradictory with the overall theme of the story.

  16.     Lies At Waco is in 9 parts, the last parted is a segmented archive that is in full color and at a higher frame rate only to make the action more legible.

  21. Part 2 is the more immediate history and is in audio only.

  23. Part 3 is the raid undertaken to dislodge the 'outlaws'.

  25. Part 4 documents the post raid information distributed to the press.

  27. Part 5 is the start of the standoff or siege.
  28.  
  29. Part 6 documents the continuation of the siege.
  30.  
  31. Part 7 is the start of the final assault.

  33. Part 8/9 documents the end of the assault and the aftermath.
